Full-Time Junior Product Trainer

This role can be remote working but regular travel and client visits are expected after training.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Role Summary: As a Junior Product Trainer, you will support and successfully onboard new and existing clients onto our online offerings. This includes providing training, support, and setup for all our online products. You'll work closely with the Software team, and the Sales team, to understand the sales pipeline and recently won business, build long-lasting relationships with clients, and partner with the in-house development team to deliver new technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client training, support, and setup for all online offerings.
• Work with Software team to gather feedback, generate ideas, and help innovate web and mobile products.
• Liaise with Sales team to understand the sales pipeline.
• Build lasting client relationships and understand their business requirements.
• Partner with in-house development team and represent clients in internal meetings.
• Data configuration and handling.
• Client meetings to understand testing routines and processes.
• Data gathering to ensure smooth transition into Eurofins systems.
• System setup and configuration of Eurofins business systems.
• Train and support key stakeholders in the use of various online/mobile tools.
• First point of contact for client issues and technical inputs.
• Liaise with Eurofins team members (Commercial Team, Business Unit Managers).

• Computer literate
• Technically minded (comfortable with web and mobile applications).
• Excellent attention to detail
