Part-Time Junior Recruiter (Part-Time)

Link Solutions Inc. is seeking a Part-time Junior Corporate Recruiter to support talent acquisition in McLean, VA. US Citizen required.

On-site Wednesdays, with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing).
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases.
• Track recruitment metrics.
• Support HR initiatives and projects.
• Assist HR with recruitment processing (vetting and interviews).
• Assist Facility Security Officer in coordinating security clearances.
• Effectively fill open positions.
• Screen candidates for open positions.
• Schedule interviews with managers.
• Coordinate security clearances.
• Coordinate with HR for offer letters, interview dates, and new hire orientation.
• Support internal and external HR inquiries.
• Strong communication skills: convey job requirements, engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Organizational skills: manage multiple recruitment processes, maintain candidate databases, and track metrics.
• Interpersonal skills: build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Understanding of recruitment/HR processes.
• Attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Experience creating social media content.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Preferred: 1+ year directly related experience with IT roles; experience with SmartRecruiters/talent acquisition systems.
• College Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
