Link Solutions Inc. is seeking a Part-time Junior Corporate Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts in McLean, VA. US Citizen. Must be on-site weekly on Wednesdays. Flexible schedule permitted.
Ideal Candidate: Supports recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles. Perfect for gaining experience in corporate recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist HR with recruitment processing (vetting, interviews)
- Assist Facility Security Officer with security clearances
- Fill open positions as requested by upper management
- Screen candidates to ensure qualifications meet job requirements
- Schedule interviews with managers
- Coordinate security clearances
- Coordinate with HR for offer letters, interview dates, and new hire orientation
- Support internal and external HR inquiries

- Ability to prioritize/manage multiple tasks
- Experience creating social media content
- Microsoft 365 knowledge

- College degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Experience with SmartRecruiters or other talent acquisition systems
