About Operational Services GmbH (OS): OS is a leading ICT service provider in the German market, considered the backbone of digitization in medium-sized companies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Determination of monthly & year-end activities, accruals, inventory changes, and sales accruals, coordinating with Controlling.
  • Invoice preparation for existing customers.
  • Annual budget planning (contract review, costing adjustment) and support of service managers.
  • Data maintenance in internal tools (e.g., FCS, budget).
  • Preparation and implementation of forecast checks, budget management, and sales tracking.
  • Creation, updating, and booking preparation of ILVs.
  • Actual planned cost analysis of existing contracts.
  • Administrative & organizational support for team & department management.
  • Data processing & maintenance in various internal tools.
  • Preparing & reconciling monthly cost allocations (including deadline tracking).
  • Checking & updating monthly SAP & MilesPLUS bookings.
  • Providing regular reports.
  • Monitoring & maintaining master & transaction data in the invoicing tool.
  • Monitoring calculations and merging into an overall customer account view.
  • Creating AE reports with SDM & Controlling.
  • Supporting ordering activities for external service providers.
  • Participation in and preparation of documents for review meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in comparable tasks.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation, SeM Basic certificates.
  • Good IT overview & DTAG portfolio knowledge.
  • Analytical, systematic, & structured work style.
  • High flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to perform.
  • Personal interest in the specialist subject and independent knowledge development.
  • English (B2) and German (C1) proficiency.
