In this role, you will:

As a Pharmaceutical Representative, you will embody Santen’s philosophy and marketing vision, acting as a trusted partner to clinic-based ophthalmologists and selected resident eye doctors.
In this role, you will:
- Present the benefits of Santen’s innovative products with a focus on acquiring new prescribers and increasing prescription volume in clinics.
- Serve as the key point of contact at ophthalmology conferences and events.
- Organize and lead training sessions to educate and support healthcare professionals.
- Take full responsibility for achieving sales targets within your designated region.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Completed training, qualifying to work as pharmaceutical representative or certified pharmaceutical representative (Pharmareferentenprüfung)
- Field experience in the pharmaceutical/clinic sector or comparable sales experience
- German and English spoken and written (min. C1)
- Sales activities 60 %
