What we'll achieve together:
- Provide accurate and optimal IT solutions via phone, email, or chat.
- After training, troubleshoot various issues (office software, Windows, Outlook, internet, applications, hardware).
- Assist in resolving customer and support issues to improve customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up on existing backlogs.
- Comply with project performance indicators.
- Communicate with other teams and escalate complex issues.
This job is right for you if:
- Fluent French and English (B2/C1)
- Technical college or university is not mandatory; necessary training will be provided.
- Previous customer support experience is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service abilities (client orientation, active listening, interpersonal skills).
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask.
- Availability to work in shifts.
