Full-Time L1 IT Customer Support (Italian & English)

We are looking for tech-savvy individuals who enjoy helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate IT solutions via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot various issues (office, Windows, Outlook, internet, specific applications, hardware).
• Resolve customer support issues to improve satisfaction.
• Follow up on existing issues.
• Meet project performance indicators.
• Communicate with other teams and escalate complex issues.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian and English (B2/C1).
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills: client orientation, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask.
• Availability to work in shifts.
