We are seeking tech-savvy individuals to provide accurate and optimal IT solutions via phone, email, or chat. After training, you will troubleshoot issues related to office software, Windows, Outlook, internet, specific applications, and hardware. You will assist in resolving customer support issues to improve customer satisfaction, manage a backlog, meet project performance indicators, and communicate with other teams to escalate complex issues.
- Spoken Languages: Fluent German and English (B2/C1)
- Technical Training: Provided
- Experience: Previous customer support experience is beneficial
- Customer Service Skills: Client orientation, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Work Environment: Dynamic environment, multitasking ability
- Availability: Willingness to work shifts
