Full-Time L1 IT Customer Support with German and English

Job Summary:

We are seeking tech-savvy individuals to provide IT solutions via phone, email, or chat.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and optimal IT solutions.
• Troubleshoot various issues (office, Windows, Outlook, internet, applications, hardware) after training.
• Resolve customer and support issues to enhance satisfaction.
• Follow up on existing tasks.
• Comply with project performance indicators.
• Communicate with other teams and escalate complex issues.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English (B2/C1).
• Previous customer support experience is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills (client orientation, active listening, interpersonal skills).
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask.
• Availability to work in shifts.
