Full-Time L2 IT Customer Support with French & English

• Provide user assistance in one or more technical areas by providing specific answers.
• Perform escalation to the appropriate competence team if necessary.
• Connect remotely (by phone, email, etc.) and occasionally with the user.
• Participate in the development of team skills.
• Receive requests, qualify them, and process them according to procedures.
• Provide answers adapted to the request and the needs of the user.
• Follow up on files.
• Participate in ongoing training and optimize service by proposing improvements.

• Spoken languages: fluent French and English (B2/C1).
• Technical expertise in office environments and processes knowledge background.
• Advanced incident analysis in communication with the end-user.
• Admin Office 365, Sharepoint, One drive, Outlook, access rights management.
• Rights in AD, Azure AD.
• Provide task completion with online user (software installation, sharefolder, shared mailbox).
• Excellent customer service abilities: client orientation, active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask.
• Availability to work in day shifts.
