Job Details
- Provide user assistance in one or more technical areas by providing specific answers.
- Perform escalation to the appropriate competence team if necessary.
- Connect remotely (by phone, email, etc.) and occasionally with the user.
- Participate in the development of team skills.
- Receive requests, qualify them, and process them according to procedures.
- Provide answers adapted to the request and the needs of the user.
- Follow up on files.
- Participate in ongoing training and optimize service by proposing improvements.

- Spoken languages: fluent French and English (B2/C1).
- Technical expertise in office environments and processes knowledge background.
- Advanced incident analysis in communication with the end-user.
- Admin Office 365, Sharepoint, One drive, Outlook, access rights management.
- Rights in AD, Azure AD.
- Provide task completion with online user (software installation, sharefolder, shared mailbox).
- Excellent customer service abilities: client orientation, active listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask.
- Availability to work in day shifts.
