Job Details
We are a fast-growing startup revolutionizing cloud development processes. We are looking for an L2 Support Engineer to provide reliable support to US-based customers.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure reliable L2 support coverage for US-based customers.
- Independently investigate and resolve customer issues.
- Respond to and resolve a majority of tickets during US hours.
- Provide clear, empathetic, and professional communication with customers.
- Evolve into a go-to resource within the team.
- Gain working knowledge of at least one new product (e.g., Snowflake or Azure).
Skills:
- Proficient in Python
- Strong expertise in AWS
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages (advantageous)
- Experience with tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK/SDK
- Strong understanding of Linux, macOS, and Windows
- Skilled in reading and analyzing logs
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational database systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Snowflake (Nice to have)
