Talentfactor is working with clients to implement Mentoris, our cutting-edge mentoring platform. This project aims to enhance employee development, foster a culture of knowledge sharing, and improve overall organizational performance.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated L&D Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the successful implementation of this project.
Role Summary
The L&D Consultant will provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the Mentoris implementation process. This includes:
- Conducting needs assessments
- Customizing the Mentoris platform
- Developing training materials
- Delivering training sessions
- Evaluating program effectiveness
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent project management skills, and a passion for helping organizations build a culture of continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client mentoring needs, goals, and objectives.
- Platform Customization: Collaborate with the Talentfactor technical team to customize the platform.
- Training Materials Development: Design effective training materials.
- Training Delivery: Deliver engaging training sessions.
- Change Management: Support change management strategies.
- Evaluation and Measurement: Develop and implement evaluation plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Project Management: Manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Best Practice Research: Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in L&D, focusing on designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing mentoring programs is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery techniques.
- Excellent project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in LMS and learning technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
