The Role: The People Data Analyst acts as a subject matter expert and continue to enhance the existing sophisticated reporting and analytics strategy for Talent Acquisition. This role focuses on driving a smarter and more efficient recruitment strategy, optimizing the candidate experience, and hiring the best talent.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global TA leadership to deliver recruiting metrics and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Analyze, interpret, and communicate data effectively for executive reporting.
- Partner closely with leadership on a day-to-day basis.
- Leverage historical data to forecast hiring needs and proactively build talent pipelines.
- Resolve complex issues across the recruiting data landscape and workflows.
- Monitor data quality and influence the structure and design of data flows & the data warehouse.
- Partner closely with ITS, Data Engineers, and our People Technology team to help drive the overall Recruiting data strategy.
- Engage with key stakeholders and build relationships to ensure alignment and delivery of TA Analytics initiatives.
- Maintain and document the operational environment.
- Review external market research for relevant best practices and trends in the marketplace.
Requirements:
- At least 3 Years of People Data Analytics Experience, and experience directly supporting Talent Acquisition
- At least 1-2 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports.
- Demonstrable track record of stakeholder management, executive influence and partnership
- Skilled in operating within a complex, cross-functional, geo-distributed organizations
- Must know tools / platforms: Power BI, SmartRecruiters & Workday
- A solid understanding of the concepts involved in modeling relational data (is a plus)
- Experience with ETL of data from a variety of sources using Python, or similar technologies (is a plus).
- Proficient in English language
