The Lead Analytics Engineer drives scalable data solutions, enabling actionable insights and strategic business decisions across the company. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Design, optimize, and scale end-to-end data pipelines and cloud-based infrastructure for analytics, reporting, and machine learning.
- Project & Team Leadership: Lead complex initiatives spanning multiple teams and business domains. Mentor data analysts and analytics engineers.
- Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with leadership to ensure the data platform aligns with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 7+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering.
- 1+ years in senior-level roles with leadership responsibilities.
- Expert in SQL, Python, and modern analytics tools (dbt, Looker).
- Strong experience in data modeling, ELT/ETL pipelines, and cloud data warehouses.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.
