Full-Time Lead Architect/ Consultant for Azure

What You Will Do:

• Contribute your experience in designing complex Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Be the technical contact for customers and sales throughout pre-sales and implementation.
• Work on technical solution design for innovative cloud architectures.
• Develop tailor-made offers based on customer requirements.
• Design, implement, and support operational concepts for Microsoft 365 Services.
• Scout and evaluate new Microsoft 365 technologies, presenting findings to management.

What You Need:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 products (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft hybrid cloud solutions (Azure AD Connect, Hybrid Exchange, etc.)
• Licensing experience for Microsoft products
• Experience with classic Microsoft products (Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.)
• Cloud computing architecture (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and DevOps experience.
• Technical certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator Associate)
• Strong customer focus, assertiveness, and negotiation skills.
• At least 8 years of IT operations experience.
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills.
• English B2 and German B1+ proficiency.
