Full-Time Lead Business Analyst

This role involves leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts.

• Coordinate workload distribution, prioritize tasks.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze business requirements, create detailed specifications.
• Produce comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Perform market research, collect feature recommendations from clients.
• Act as a consultant during the discovery phase.
• Support project managers and development teams.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide support and guidance to presales and professional services teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels is required.
• Proven experience in digital banking.
• Thorough understanding of at least one of the Retail Banking Operations or Functions.
• Ability to convert concepts into visual diagrams and process flows.
• Knowledge of UI/UX standards and experience with design mockups is an asset.
• Experience in writing documentation for software applications or products.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A high level of English proficiency is required.
