Full-Time Lead Business Operations Analyst

• Lead end-to-end go-to-market analytics—from scoping business questions to delivering insights that drive actions.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports (primarily in Looker and Salesforce) that surface key sales metrics.
• Translate open-ended stakeholder needs into structured analytical projects that deliver measurable impact.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses using Salesforce, Snowflake and product data to uncover growth opportunities and diagnose performance gaps.
• Develop forecasting, territory planning, and segmentation models to support revenue planning and rep efficiency.
• Partner with RevOps to ensure Salesforce data integrity and support scalable reporting across leads, opportunities, accounts, and revenue segments.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to sales leaders—supporting OKR planning, QBRs, WBRs, and strategic reviews.

• 6-10 years of experience in analytics, sales strategy, or business operations, with a clear bias toward data-heavy roles.
• Deep proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing large, complex datasets across multiple sources.
• Strong experience with Looker (LookML a plus) and other BI tools for building dashboards and visualizations.
• Expertise in working with Salesforce CRM.
• Business acumen and experience partnering with SaaS sales and marketing leaders to solve GTM challenges.
