Reddit is seeking a Lead, Compensation Partner to play a key role in shaping the future of Total Rewards.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide analytical support for compensation programs (broad-based, sales, executive, equity).
- Review market data and develop models for compensation budgets and policies.
- Identify innovative ways to use data and employee feedback for compensation decisions.
- Design innovative and competitive compensation programs that align with business strategy.
- Partner with stakeholders to plan, develop, implement, and administer compensation programs.
