Full-Time Lead OCR Specialist - Remote

Team Leadership: Experience leading team members and providing guidance.

Proficiency in Abbyy FlexiCapture: Experience using Abbyy FlexiCapture for data extraction and processing.

Proficiency in Abbyy FlexiLayout: Designing and implementing FlexiLayouts for accurate capture.

Script Coding: Able to write basic string parsing scripts in code.

Flat File Creation: Experience creating flat files from extracted data.

Form Recognition: Configuring software to recognize unemployment forms.

Data Validation: Validating extracted data for accuracy and completeness.

Quality Assurance: Conducting testing and quality assurance to ensure data integrity.

Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting and resolving data extraction issues.

Regulatory Compliance: Understanding state regulations for unemployment forms.

Project Management: Managing multiple projects ahead of schedule.

Collaboration: Working with teams for seamless data processing.

Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of processes, templates, and configurations.

Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with Abbyy software updates to improve data extraction.

OCR: Optical Character Recognition.

Bachelor's Degree: Required.

Team leadership experience: Required.

Experience using Abbyy FlexiCapture: Required.

Experience writing basic string parsing scripts: Required.

Problem-solving: Required.

Programming or scripting experience: Required.
