Lead of PSP Operations (iGaming)
We are looking for a Lead of PSP Operations to join our team and drive the efficiency and growth of our payment systems.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and growing a small remote team (2–4 people)
- Designing and implementing efficient payment processing workflows
- Managing communication and relationships with payment providers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance
- Negotiating favorable exchange rates and contract terms
- Monitoring and managing company account balances across various payment systems
- Ensuring timely processing of player payouts and company withdrawals
- Creating periodic analytical reports to identify challenges and potential areas for optimization
- Providing data-driven recommendations for optimizing payment processes and costs, and overseeing their implementation
- Troubleshooting and resolving payment-related issues
- Establishing clear documentation for all payment procedures
Proven experience managing payment systems, ideally within the online gambling industry, including setting up and optimizing processes.
Experience in leading and developing remote teams.
Strong understanding of online gaming payment processing.
Languages: Ukrainian native, English Intermediate+ (for contract review and partner communication)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., 1C), spreadsheets (Excel), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
A results-oriented mindset.
Understanding of regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, PCI DSS) and knowledge of relevant financial instruments.
