• Managing projects impacting Field Operations Teams, including scheduling meetings and establishing timelines.
• Supporting system enhancements, including JIRAs, upgrades, and releases.
• Creating presentations to communicate complex business concepts.
• Translating business needs into engaging narratives.
• Managing timelines and communicating with teams.
• Connecting with stakeholders and managing initiatives.
• Analyzing data for project approvals and tracking improvements.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Implementing best practices.
• Providing team support, including taking notes and documenting actions.
• Building relationships with stakeholders.
• Communicating project status.
• Managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Bachelor’s degree or six years of equivalent practical work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good analytical skills including proficiency with Excel
• Telecom/Cable/Internet Service Provider industry experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a corporate setting

• Experience in Lean Six Sigma
• Advanced analytical skills with Power BI, SQL and Big Query
