Full-Time Project Manager (Remote)

Role summary: Execute omnichannel HCP advertising campaigns with 100% accuracy, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and excellent post-sales client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management: Serve as liaison across editorial, IT, marketing and sales; support RFP process; coordinate with data engineers and analysts; develop and maintain production timelines; lead weekly status meetings; prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports. Primary program focus: endemic banners, alerts, clicks.
• Account management: Act as primary client contact during production and delivery; manage contracts, billing and regulatory submissions; prepare submission packages and participate in regulatory review meetings; troubleshoot issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Client management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and agencies; prepare kick-off, concept review and campaign report presentations; coordinate and attend client/agency meetings.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. 2-3 years client-facing experience required; 3-5 years related experience preferred. Pharmaceutical/biotech ad agency experience preferred.

Required skills & attributes: Detail-oriented, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, high integrity, ability to multi-task and prioritize, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint).
