Job Details

We are seeking dynamic professionals for our Unified Support organization in the Aerospace & Defense industry.

Role: Pivotal figure in the team, delivering global support services to IFS customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage cases, incidents, and service requests within SLA, OLA, and KPI targets.
  2. Create and update Knowledge Bases, Standard Operating Procedures, FAQs, etc. to address issues and service requests.
  3. Understand customer problems, document them, and drive timely resolution.
  4. Provide ongoing feedback to improve service request processes.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work to deadlines, manage time efficiently, and work in international teams.
  7. Problem-solving skills, adaptable approach, and ability to summarize and present information concisely.
  8. Work in a distributed global team (24/7 roster).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering (Chemical & Process, Mechanical, Production & Maintenance) or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience in Service & Asset Management, Manufacturing, or Maintenance industries.
  • Knowledge of working with Business Applications.
  • Understanding of Aerospace Engineering/Aircraft maintenance/Manufacturing business process and functionality.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset.

Value-Added Skills:

  • Previous experience with IFS Product and Solutions.
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) tool usage.
  • Azure service administration and operations.
  • Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and/or SQL.
