Job Details
The Legal Nurse Consultant acts as an expert clinical and educational resource to clients.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct real-time intakes with attorney-clients on medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
- Review medical records to concisely summarize fact patterns.
- Assist researchers by reviewing expert feedback to cases.
- Provide consultative customer service to attorney-clients.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner
- 1-2+ years of experience working with a law firm or experience doing Legal Nurse Consulting preferred but not required
- Strong clinical knowledge - 5+ years of clinical experience working in a hospital setting preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Teamwork and collaboration required
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with set performance metrics/goals
