Job Details
- Conduct real-time intakes with attorney-clients on critical medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
- Provide Expert Search team with vital information to research and identify impactful expert witnesses.
- Leverage expertise in the review of medical records and summaries.
- Assist Expert Search researchers by reviewing expert feedback and providing insights to determine optimal expertise fit.
- Deliver consultative customer service to attorney-clients during phone and video case intakes.
- Collaborate with customer success, sales, and advisory teams to guarantee client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse
- 2+ years of experience working with a law firm or experience doing Legal Nurse Consulting, preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical knowledge - 5+ years of clinical experience working in a hospital setting preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A true team player, demonstrating a customer-centric and solutions-oriented attitude.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambitious performance metrics and goals.
