Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Middleware / IIS Administrator with 5–6 years of hands-on expertise in managing and optimising web application environments. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset to deliver high-quality services.
- Administer and maintain IIS 10 web servers supporting .NET applications.
- Configure bindings, manage websites, backups, and configuration versions.
- Troubleshoot application pools, virtual directories, and worker processes.
- Implement SSL certificates, authentication, access controls, and security best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve IIS, ASP.NET, deployment, and performance issues.
- Collaborate on Azure PaaS/SaaS components.
- Utilise Azure monitoring tools for performance and health tracking.
- Manage deployments using tools such as Octopus Deploy.
- Automate operational tasks with PowerShell and other scripting languages.
- Provide support for MS SQL Server and coordinate with DBAs for issue resolution.
- Perform Windows Server 2016/2019 administration and troubleshooting.
- Apply ITIL processes.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
- Implement containerized solutions using Docker.
- Work with orchestration and configuration tools (Jenkins, Octopus, Docker, Kubernetes).
