Full-Time License Manager

• Manage software licenses for external customers and Deutsche Telekom internal units using dedicated tools
• Monitor and report on license usage, demand, and available license pools
• Optimize license utilization and costs (Target Licensing)
• Provide license consulting to internal stakeholders
• Ensure data quality and deliver recommendations for platform decisions based on licensing impacts
• Manage relationships with software suppliers
• Handle internal license charging and cost allocation

• Strong knowledge of license metrics and policies of strategically relevant software vendors
• Solid experience with SAM tools (e.g., Flexera, USU, Raynet), including preparation of license balances and reports
• Excellent understanding of Software Asset Management processes and best practices
• Proven project management skills
• Experience working in international, cross-functional teams, including the use of agile tools and methods
• Basic contract knowledge
• Language skills: GER C1 ENG B2
