Full-Time Licensed Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer

We are looking for licensed retail loan officers to join LBF. Licensed Reverse Mortgage Loan Officers receive company-provided qualified leads, eliminating self-sourcing and cold calling.

Communicate effectively with clients: Clearly explain reverse mortgages.

Using company-provided leads: Contact prospective clients, introduce LBF and the reverse mortgage, and qualify them for counseling and application.

Gather client information and originate loans: Collect necessary information from the client, and originate the reverse mortgage. Complete all necessary paperwork and provide excellent customer service and follow-up.

Partner with internal operations: Ensure clean files are consistently produced.

Explain application processes: Guide clients over the phone on completing applications, ensuring all paperwork and signatures are collected timely and accurately.

Maintain records: Record all client activity in CRM Velocify, keeping records accurate and timely.

Maintain necessary skills and licenses: Use computer proficiently, maintain NMLS license. Exhibit strong work ethic, motivation, and drive.

Strong communication and customer service skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service and listening skills.

Organizational and time management: Strong time management and record-keeping abilities.

Additional requirements: Ability to learn and retain information, positive attitude and patience.

Compensation and benefits: Competitive compensation plan includes base salary plus commission, full benefits, and 401k match. Paid time off.
