Full-Time Listing Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Listing Marketer to join our dynamic team. As a Listing Marketer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal and compelling content of our property listings.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Editing and sequencing property photos to enhance visual appeal and highlight key features
• Identifying properties with unattractive design elements and recommending improvements
• Creating unique and engaging copy for listing descriptions and titles (using tools like ChatGPT)
• Collaborating with the listing team to maintain consistent branding
• Updating presentation materials with high-quality property photos
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices
• Monitoring and analyzing listing performance to identify areas for improvement
• Liaising with the revenue team for optimization
• Working with the Head of Revenue and Marketing Manager on marketing initiatives
• Keeping website content updated

Required Experience/Skills:

• Proven experience in editing and managing property photos
• Strong eye for design and attention to detail
• Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom)
• Excellent copywriting skills in English
• Familiarity with AI-powered language generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity of Guesty PMS and Slack is a plus
• Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
