LMS Content Administrator
Join the ASCENT division of Rand Worldwide, where our passionate team of learning content developers and technical writers create industry-leading training and informational documentation for users of engineering design software and related tools. We are excited to welcome a new Content Administrator who will curate and manage content in our Learning Management System (LMS), ProductivityNOW. If you are someone who thrives on being detail-oriented and enjoys managing content to ensure it is accurate, up-to-date, and captivating for clients, we want to hear from you!
- Publish and maintain eLearning content in the ProductivityNOW portal, ensuring timely and accurate content availability for client end-users.
- Format and upload various types of content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
- Organize eLearning content into courses and learning paths as defined by our learning content developers.
- Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to quality guidelines.
- Regularly review and update content based on user feedback and evolving educational standards.
- Independently manage competing tasks and priorities from multiple stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to content publishing.
- Update the team regularly on content publishing status.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content publishing or a related field, preferably in an eLearning or technical environment.
- Proficiency in using LMS platforms and content management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Techsmith Camtasia, or Articulate Storyline is a plus.
