Full-Time Machine Learning Implementation Engineer

We're seeking a Machine Learning Implementation Engineer to join our team. You will collaborate closely with customers, OfferFit colleagues, and ML pipeline development teams.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with customer Analytics/BI teams on implementation details (use case definition, data integration, pipeline & ML model configuration, etc.)
• Expanding product capabilities by enhancing architecture, and creating reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components.
• Working closely with the ML pipeline development team to refine self-learning (reinforcement learning) algorithms.
• Contributing to OfferFit's product strategy and roadmap.
• Ensuring continued customer success through thorough support.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficient in Python (Pandas, TensorFlow, FastAPI, Great Expectations)
• SQL proficiency
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Airflow, Terraform, and GCP (not mandatory but beneficial)

Requirements:

• Strong fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to fully support North America time zones.
• Up to 10-15% travel for company gatherings, workshops, customer meetings, and industry events.
