- Lead and manage business development initiatives to expand networks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Plan and execute market expansion strategies.
- Represent Milestone One at international events.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Support the other Manager Business Development for synergy.
- Mentor and guide team members.
- Monitor KPIs and address barriers to growth.
