Full-Time Manager, Consolidation & Long-Range Planning

• You will work cross-functionally with teams to gather consolidated outputs, challenge assumptions, and translate business activity into a unified financial story.
• Drive the end-to-end planning calendar and ensure our financial outputs reflect both the strategic direction and operational realities of the business.
• Partner closely with functional and senior executives to provide real-time insights, scenario modeling, and proactive recommendations.

1. Lead the consolidated budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting processes.
2. Develop and maintain robust financial models and scenario analyses.
3. Partner with functional and senior leadership to translate business drivers into actionable financial insights.
4. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives.
5. Identify and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, or FP&A
• Expert-level financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting capabilities
