Full-Time Manufacturing Auditor - Taiwan

Support the Manufacturing Audit and Factory Improvement team, ensuring factory improvement programs consistently exceed client expectations.

Evaluate manufacturing sites of client suppliers, assessing product quality and safety risks. Focus areas include Supplier and Sub-contractor Management, Incoming Material Control, Process Control, Warehousing, Quality Assurance Systems, and Productivity Improvement.

Analyze product defects reported by clients to determine root cause and defect origin.

Implement practical and cost-effective actions at suppliers' manufacturing sites to improve and raise the standard, leading to a reduction in defect rates for clients.

Represent QIMA and clients when dealing with suppliers, creating healthy and long-term relationships.

Approach work with integrity; on-site interventions have lasting consequences for suppliers, factory staff, and clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Higher education degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Factory expertise in high-level Textile or Electronic Quality Management for International Suppliers or Brands.
• 3+ years practical experience in performing Quality Management audits (ISO9001, Brands Requirement) in Third Party; able to perform Softline or hardline product inspections.
• ISO9001 Lead Auditor certification and amfori QMI training certificate are a plus.
• SCAN CTPAT certification is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
