About the Role
The Marketing Analyst will own campaign analytics, reporting, and marketing data quality. You’ll work across Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Automation, paid media, and web analytics platforms to measure performance, build dashboards, and ensure data integrity.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Performance & Measurement Track and report on campaign results across channels. Build dashboards and scorecards to monitor KPIs like MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, ROAS, and CPSQL. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign spend and effectiveness.
- Analytics & Attribution Support and refine attribution models to measure the true impact of marketing programs. Analyze lead sources, pipeline velocity, and ROI to inform marketing investments.
- Data Hygiene & List Management Maintain marketing data integrity across Salesforce and Pardot/Marketing Automation. Oversee campaign segmentation and execute list pulls, including manual auditing and data cleanup as required.
- Insights & Reporting Create recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and campaign owners. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Sales to align reporting and goals. Support campaign testing and experimentation by measuring A/B test outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a marketing analytics, business analytics, or marketing operations role.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot).
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, paid search, paid social, web analytics).
- Familiarity with attribution models and funnel metrics (MQL ? SQL ? Closed Won).
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
