Full-Time Marketing Analyst Manager

• Analyze marketing and brand performance across key geographies.
• Track brand dynamics, campaign effectiveness, and channel contribution.
• Collaborate with research agencies: set tasks, ensure research quality, interpret results.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for the team and shareholders.
• Build systems for data collection, storage, and visualization (dashboards, BI systems).
• Automate data collection and analysis processes, implement best practices.
• Forecasting and scenario modeling: develop “what-if” models to evaluate how changes in budget or media mix impact business results.
• Conduct competitive analysis and trend tracking: monitor competitors’ activities and identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Form strategic recommendations: translate analytics into clear insights and actionable plans to optimize budgets, channels, and content.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or marketing intelligence.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Experience working with research data and understanding brand metrics (awareness, consideration, NPS, equity, etc.).
• Knowledge of modern effectiveness measurement methods: attribution, MMM, incrementality testing.
• Experience preparing reports for top management/board level.
• Strong system thinking, attention to detail, ability to translate numbers into business meaning.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+.

Nice to have:

• Experience in entertainment, digital products, or other fast-paced industries.
• Knowledge of SQL or Python for advanced analytics.
• Experience in building automated reports.
