Job Details
Analyze marketing and brand performance across key geographies.
Track brand dynamics, campaign effectiveness, and channel contribution.
Collaborate with research agencies: set tasks, ensure research quality, interpret results.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for the team and shareholders.
Build systems for data collection, storage, and visualization (dashboards, BI systems).
Automate data collection and analysis processes, implement best practices.
Forecasting and scenario modeling: develop “what-if” models to evaluate how changes in budget or media mix impact business results.
Conduct competitive analysis and trend tracking: monitor competitors’ activities and identify opportunities for brand growth.
Form strategic recommendations: translate analytics into clear insights and actionable plans to optimize budgets, channels, and content.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in analytics or marketing intelligence.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Experience working with research data and understanding brand metrics (awareness, consideration, NPS, equity, etc.).
- Knowledge of modern effectiveness measurement methods: attribution, MMM, incrementality testing.
- Experience preparing reports for top management/board level.
- Strong system thinking, attention to detail, ability to translate numbers into business meaning.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate+.
Nice to have:
- Experience in entertainment, digital products, or other fast-paced industries.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python for advanced analytics.
- Experience in building automated reports.
