We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Lead who can combine strategic thinking with a passion for discovering insights based on data. Responsibilities:
- Conducting strategic consumer analyses to better understand customer behavior and preferences.
- Providing substantive leadership to a team of marketing analysts, including competence development, mentoring, and ensuring high quality analysis of the loyalty program and marketing communication.
- Leading comprehensive analytical projects supporting business goals and increasing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Building effective cooperation between teams and ensuring effective communication.
- Ensuring high quality of analyses through code reviews and verification of analytical methodologies.
- Preparing and presenting reports and analyses for the Management Board, providing key information supporting strategic decisions.
- Planning and executing analytical tasks in accordance with the Agile methodology. Creating and managing the Backlog, facilitating Sprint Planning, stand-up meetings. Building and maintaining visual tools for work management, including Kanban boards, to ensure transparency and effective measurement of progress.
- Cooperating with Marketing, Data, and Tech departments to define requirements from business users to ensure that analytical solutions meet their needs.
- Providing consulting support to the Marketing department, helping to identify and solve problems and propose campaign optimizations.
- Examining the impact of marketing campaigns on sales results and identifying key success factors. Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing communication and recommending improvements.
- Automating analytical and reporting processes in the organization to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in project management and knowledge of tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to communicate and present, including the ability to convey complex data in an accessible manner.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting analytics in the consumer/marketing area.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Databricks, as well as experience working with cloud platforms.
- Experience in analyzing large data sets (big data) and the ability to draw relevant conclusions from them, as well as knowledge of query optimization principles.
- Setting technological directions and work standards, mentoring and developing analysts' competencies, coordinating tasks in projects.
- Agile approach to work and independence in action, proactivity.
- Ability to communicate precisely and clearly - presenting complex data in a simple, clear way for the recipient.
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level.

- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
