Full-Time Marketing & Creative Content Specialist

• Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns.
• Design and develop high-quality presentations.
• Assist with video content creation, including scriptwriting and light video editing.
• Write engaging scripts for a variety of topics and audiences.
• Edit and update existing presentation content.
• Refresh and recreate program materials.
• Design property-specific open house flyers and create reusable flyer templates.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite or TotalExpert to produce visually compelling marketing collateral.

• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or TotalExpert (or similar platforms).
• Strong presentation design skills.
• Experience with video editing tools and scriptwriting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability.

• Background in real estate or mortgage marketing.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and editing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
