Full-Time Marketplace Operations Analyst

• Data Management: Input, update, and maintain accurate product and operational data across marketplaces.
• Quality Assurance: Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing multiple sources and applying internal standards.
• Marketplace Monitoring: Track listings for product changes, pricing, promotions, reviews, and errors across Amazon, Walmart, and other key sales channels.
• Listing Optimization: Manage and enhance product listings across Home Depot, Wayfair, Lowe’s, and additional marketplaces.
• Reporting & Analysis: Use Excel to analyze performance data and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Collaboration: Communicate clearly with internal teams to clarify data needs, report findings.

• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A clear communicator—comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in Excel, including use of formulas, tables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Interested in online marketplaces or eCommerce operations.
• A problem solver who enjoys digging into data to find answers.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
