Job Details
PrimeVigilance is seeking a Medical Information Associate to support the Medical Information team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide approved responses to medical enquiries.
- Accurately document and report adverse events, pregnancy, and product quality complaints.
- Ensure all medical information enquiries are tracked and documented accurately.
- Participate in out-of-hours medical information provision.
- Provide regular updates regarding project status and metrics.
- Assist in regulatory inspection preparedness and participate in PV inspections or audits.
Requirements:
- Life science/bio-medical background (healthcare-related degree).
- Customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Comfortable receiving enquires by phone.
- Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required.
- Strong time management, delegation, and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced English skills, both verbal and written.
