Full-Time Medical Information Associate - US working hours

• Responsibilities:
• Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from external US customers.
• Accurately document and report adverse events, pregnancy events, and product quality complaints.
• Ensure all medical information inquiries are tracked and documented accurately.
• Provide regular updates on project status and metrics.
• Assist in regulatory inspection preparedness and participate in PV inspections or audits.

• Requirements:
• Life science/bio medical background with a healthcare-related degree.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Comfortable with phone inquiries and US working hours/shifts.
• Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required.
• Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Advanced English skills.
