Mae is seeking a Member Services Manager with an active, unrestricted Advanced Practice Provider (APP) license in Michigan, Maryland, New York, or Illinois. This role is responsible for the quality and performance of all member services, driving member enrollment and utilization of platform and doula services. The Member Services Manager reports to the Head of Operations and manages three teams: Member Enrollment, Care Coordination, and Member Engagement. Key responsibilities include:
- Team Management: Oversee Outreach Specialists, Care Coordinators, and Member Engagement Specialists.
- Process Oversight: Ensure documentation and consistency in core responsibilities.
- Value Based Services (VBS) Oversight: Develop reference materials and monitor progress toward targets.
- Care Management Services: Provide nurse triage, transitions of care, and member education.
- Valid unrestricted APP license in MI, MD, NY, or IL
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- People management experience
- Understanding of value-based care
- Strong communication skills
- Multi-state licensure (MI, MD, IL, NY)
- Experience in fast-paced/start-up environments
