Full-Time Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst

• Your goal is to organize, analyze and further develop acquisition opportunities within the veterinary industry.
• You will be responsible for analyzing financial information from the practice owners, participating in internal investment committee discussions, addressing follow-up questions and concerns, and ultimately helping to secure a Letter of Intent for target practices.
• You’ll help manage the deal pipeline and prepare weekly deal updates, reports or agendas as requested.

• 2+ years accounting / corporate finance experience, preferably at a multi-unit healthcare environment.
• A BS/BA from a 4-year accredited institution is required.
• Experience preparing financial & market analysis of specific geographic areas to determine deal viability and growth opportunity.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required with a focus on manipulating large data sets.
• Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Experience performing detailed forecasts of acquisitions.
