This role will report to the Microsoft Enablement Manager- Americas
Hitachi Solutions is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven Microsoft Program Coordinator to help scale and accelerate the impact of our sales organization through strategic collaboration with Microsoft.
This role supports both our internal sales teams and our external alliance partners by driving alignment, communication, and execution.
As a key contributor within the Alliances & Partner Enablement team, the Microsoft Program Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of our Microsoft partnership—managing communication flows, supporting partner initiatives, and ensuring our sales and delivery teams are equipped to maximize every opportunity.
From surfacing new partner-to-partner (P2P) opportunities and facilitating program alignment to enabling marketing and sales campaign execution, this role is critical in extending the reach and effectiveness of our partnership.
The ideal candidate will bring a passion for program management, strong organizational and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a high-performing team, play a hands-on role in partner success, and contribute to meaningful top-line growth across our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Partner Programs: Manage communication and execution of key Microsoft programs, ensuring the sales and delivery teams are informed of objectives, updates, and opportunities.
- Enable Strategic Partnerships: Support initiatives to deepen partner engagement through relationship mapping, regional alignment, and co-branded sales plays.
- Coordinate Communication: Distribute key updates, including program summaries, pipeline wins, and marketing collateral through structured communication cadences and reporting.
- Drive Sales Alignment: Serve as a critical liaison between Hitachi’s sales field and Microsoft’s partner ecosystem
- Support P2P Sales Motions: Identify and facilitate partner-to-partner (P2P) opportunities, track pipeline activity, and collaborate with the GTM and delivery teams to support follow-up.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team to create 1-pagers and collateral that articulate program value and enable field conversations.
- Manage Reporting & Insights: Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the success of partnership activities; regularly report progress to internal stakeholders.
- Social & Digital Engagement: Support social selling efforts and maintain a professional online presence in alignment with partner activities.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize CRM (Dynamics 365) and sales enablement tools to track relationships, manage data, and surface actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience; program management, marketing, or business development preferred—ideally within a B2B technology or sales-driven environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and external partners in a highly collaborative, professional manner.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills—able to manage multiple projects and partner initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, sales enablement platforms, and AI tools like Copilot a plus.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly, think strategically, and execute effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data, insights, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for enabling sales teams and driving partner impact.
