Full-Time Senior Specialist- Events (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Events Specialist to contribute energy, creativity, and fresh ideas to our successful team. You will collaborate with senior leadership and client executives in a multi-project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete execution and logistics of trade shows and client events to achieve business objectives.
• Assist sales and marketing in determining critical events for business objectives.
• Recommend appropriate sponsorship levels and staff attendance for optimal brand presence.
• Collaborate with Event, Marketing leadership, and external vendors for efficient and effective results.
• Secure speaking opportunities at industry conferences and manage event logistics and promotional items.
• Negotiate vendor/supplier agreements within budget.
• Manage all trade show services and vendors: orders, registrations, housing, AV, room setups, materials, and catering.
• Coordinate promotional aspects, including content creation for event booths, websites, emails, and materials.
• Develop event planning and training materials, lead briefings, and implement follow-up.
• Track and reconcile event budgets, ensuring cost center chargebacks and future budget estimates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices.
• Develop and support survey summary reports and post-event metrics to identify areas of success and improvement.
• Support event database and mailing list development.
• Provide onsite event support nationally.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of corporate tradeshow support experience.
• Understanding of tradeshow production requirements and timelines.
• Knowledge of tradeshow accounting and billing processes.
• Experience with a tradeshow display house (booth creation, materials, and inventory).
• Project management skills, teamwork, and tight deadline management.
• Proactive problem-solving and decisive action.
• Strong vendor relations, client interaction, and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple, competing priorities.
• Strong accountability, stress management, and ability to handle urgent requests.
