SUMMARYThe Sales Executive, Senior CRS is responsible for global sales of all SGS services applicable to assigned channels, including but not limited to testing, inspection, and audits.

Responsibilities: Generates and closes leads, builds relationships with internal and external customers, executes sales, develops quotations/proposals, negotiates fees/terms, secures legal documents (NDAs, service agreements), qualifies opportunities, cooperates with client service teams, develops sales plans, attends industry events, performs sales administration (call reports, sales reports), works with business unit managers on RFPs, makes presentations, prepares written proposals, maintains knowledge of SGS Group, promotes SGS image, and adheres to safety and integrity policies.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Analytical Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field. Requires 7+ years of demonstrated sales success in professional services, 2+ years in relevant business unit (CPCH, EE, HL, or SL), 2+ years project/contract management, 2+ years in international/multi-cultural environments.

Skills: Strong language skills (English, advanced), other language skills preferred, intermediate mathematical skills, advanced reasoning skills, international business experience, persuasive, diplomatic, hands-on, self-driven, open-minded, results-oriented, proactive, able to interact with clients, work independently, multitask, detail-oriented, complete projects, work in global networks, leadership skills, strategic thinking, analytical/clinical lab skills, negotiation/contract management skills, target-oriented, project management/organizational skills, availability/flexibility/responsiveness, strong service-oriented mindset, professional presentation, manage relationships under stress.

Computer Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office suite proficiency.

Travel: Up to 40-50% of the time, possibly international.
