Job Details
Plan, manage, and monitor project execution. Deliver projects on time and within budget.
Oversee service and project delivery through active leadership of the PMs team.
Ensure projects are initiated, aligned, and delivered following the appropriate delivery model and best practices.
Provide high-quality portfolio risk analysis, track, respond to, and communicate risks to Customers.
Monitor KPIs (e.g., profitability, revenue, utilization, attrition), and take actions to maintain optimal levels.
Be a resource and people manager, actively participating in planning required hires with Recruiting Team.
Ensure professional growth of onboarded people.
Be an entrepreneur and Customer agent, developing relationships and business insights, proposing additional services.
Participate in pre-sale and up-sale of current accounts.
Take an active part in business and contract negotiations, defining business terms.
Drive continuous improvement in Competence Center and contribute to company development through PMO and PM training.
Work with business units and stakeholders to determine project vision, goals, and product functionality.
Implement best practices and tools for project delivery and management.
Contribute to project lifecycle improvement through lessons learned and achievements.
Requirements:
- 4+ years commercial experience in project management.
- Profound knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective interaction with Customers and project teams.
- Proven experience in Fix Price projects.
- Strong risk management, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced understanding of corporate environment and objectives.
- At least Upper-Intermediate English.
- (Preferred) Commercial experience in account management.
- (Preferred) Experience in developing business opportunities and attending business events.
- (Preferred) Experience working with budgets, margins, contracts, and invoices.
- (Preferred) Hands-on experience in business and contract negotiations, defining business terms.
