Informa is undergoing modernization of legacy services and developing new platforms, solutions and techniques. Our Change Excellence team needs a Change Manager.
Your role is to empower colleagues to embrace changes from strategic initiatives, driving adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Change Management Strategies: Design and deliver end-to-end strategies for behavioral change, integrating new roles, processes, and tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and analyze stakeholders, creating tailored engagement plans addressing concerns and communication needs.
- Change Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of change impact on departments, teams, and individuals, informing change management approaches.
- Communication Planning: Design and implement communication plans for clear, consistent change messaging, outlining rationale and benefits. Create persuasive materials for stakeholders.
- Change Readiness: Evaluate organizational readiness, identifying obstacles and training requirements.
- Training and Development: Identify and develop employee training requirements to support change adaptation, collaborating with the Learning & Development team.
- Resistance Management: Proactively address resistance to change and foster positive experiences.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor change progress, gather feedback, and measure effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and challenges, developing mitigation plans for a smooth transition.
- Organizational Culture: Foster a culture of change readiness and adaptability.
- Sustaining Change: Embed changes into the organizational culture.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience with enterprise-wide change programs, especially technology-driven transformation.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills (presentations, reporting to senior stakeholders).
- Data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to empathize and effectively influence without authority.
