Full-Time Mobile Lab Chemist

• Travel to remote locations inside Saudi Arabia and conduct ASTM testing.
• Ensure daily SQC is run and verify the instrument is working properly.
• Analyze samples (MOE & Customs), interpreting data.
• Update results on FIMS daily and inform the Lab supervisor.
• Generate reports and send by email if required.
• Maintain legible, traceable raw data.
• Retain the Sample in the storage and disposal as per Local EPA guidelines.
• Ensure routine equipment’s maintenance, verification and calibration.
• Monitor the performance of Lab equipment’s in safe manner.
• Maintain the minimum Spare parts and other consumables inventory.
• Prepare daily, weekly chemicals stock / consumption reports.
• Maintain the Mobile lab conditions, power generator and truck maintenance.
• Have a good coordination with MOE personnels.
• Ensure Impartiality and confidentiality in performing the Lab tasks.
• Report instances of non-conformances.

• Degree/Diploma in Chemistry/Petrochemicals.
• Familiarization with the basic petroleum ASTM methods & best laboratory practices.
• Able to interact with all levels of management and clients.
• Able to conduct risk assessments.
• Good knowledge of software and computer skills.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping and laboratory safety procedures.
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in LIMS
• Lab Analytical skills in General Chemistry
